I was commissioned to create a short film that explored the issue of Food Waste as part of the documentary streaming platform WaterBear's series on Circularity.
Featuring Douglas McMaster - founder of the world's first zero-waste food restaurant, and Simmie Vedi a Freelance Chef, FOOD FOR THOUGHT explores the creative ways humans and the food industry itself are re-imagining food waste. It’s about a creative movement that many of us do not know about yet - a movement that truly has the power to change the world.
